Hello ! Come on in!
Welcome to my blog! Please grab a cup of tea, coffee, whiskey whatever is close by and join me as I attempt to bring humor, running tips and whatever else pops in my brain. This is a G rated website ok sometimes PG because some jokes are just funny and can’t be stopped. Everyone is invited to hang out. This is an inclusive community (ugh did I say community why?) It’s an inclusive blog. Yes, Keith I did say inclusive, but you know what I am about to say to you don’t you?
What this blog is not. It is not any medical assistance at all. Do not sue me I am broke. Nor will you get legal advice from me because sheesh who wants to be a lawyer and have people make jokes about me all the time. It is also not a beauty/health/homemaking blog. Heck no to that. I don’t care if your house is a mess, if you are in an evening gown with a tiara or are wearing sweatpants. No to Martha Stewart and her homey Snoop on this website. Who even begins to have time to use ironed bottom sheets that have to be tucked in just so. I ain’t got time for that. Go get your fitted sheets and fold them however, you darn well want to. Do some origami with them. Have fun with them! Have fun on them. I don’t care. So no I will not be giving home maker tips maybe ho maker tips (Thank You Lauren.) But that is for a different blog as well.
Another thing I will not give tips on is drinking alcohol. Yes, you can drink while your read my blog but I prefer to stay sober. The world is a much better place with me sober. TRUST ME! This is my journey how laughter and running helped me get back to being me. (Faith and the 12 steps had a lot to do with it as well but it isn’t that blog.) I hope it will help you in your journey and crack a smile. PEACE AND LOVE TO YOU ALL! When my children were toddlers, I use to ask them “What is the most important thing? They would yell “To love each other!” I stand by that.
So, no Martha and Snoop I will not be advertising your wine (Actually Snoops label looks so cool I wanted to buy it.)
